  • How much is shipping?
    Each product has a shipping charge stated. Either the item has a flat rate shipping charge (inexpensive) or a free shipping. If you have two products with two different shipping charge, we only charge for the higher shipping rate only. There no hidden charge anywhere. You know exactly how much the shipping before you even add the item on the cart.
  • How do I check the status of my order and get the tracking number?
    After your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking numbers via email. You can track them via shipping carriers, either ups or fedex. If you did not received your tracking within 48 hours, please contact us at support@kfinds.com
  • Are all products in stock?
    Yes, most of the products on the website are in stock and ready to ship. Sold out items are marked and cannot be ordered. We tried to keep the inventory as fresh as we could. But sometimes due to system error, the inventory will not update. If this happened, we will give you a 10% discount.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours except on weekends and holiday. All orders placed before 9AM Eastern time will ship the same day otherwise they will ship on the next business day.
  • When will my order arrive?
    This is vary depend on your location. For Ground, it will usually arrive in 1-7 business days. This not included weekend and holidays
  • What is the warranty on these products?
    All of the winders we carry come with a warranty.

    All Jewelry Boxes have a 30 day warranty. All jewelry gift packaging come with 15 days exchange or refund due to not defect.

  • Do you accept checks or money orders?
    No we do not accept checks or money orders. We only accept master credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through Paypal. We will never see your credit card info
  • Why your checkout process include APO/FPO addresses if you do not ship out to this area?
    Due to our platform we use, we unable to remove APO/FPO from our checkout process.
